| Results of an energy analysis of wines from the Vineyard of the Bodega F. Schatz, Ronda, Andalusia, Spain. |
| The analyses were carried out on 23.04.2000 on place by the German doctor, Dr. Dr. med. Helmut W.Schimmel. As a measuring instrument a biotensor was used. |
| The following parameters
were verified: 1. Dextrogyre / levrogyre / neutral 2. Quality levels (0 - 10) 3. Forming acids - alkaline - neutral (0-10) 4. Characteristics - which correspond to radical captors 5. Photon levels (0 - 10) Results of the energy analysis of the wines: 1. All the wines are dextrogyres, only one wine showed neutral oscillations. 2. All the wines showed high quality levels, which means, more than 5. 3. Except for one variety of wines, all the wines had an alkaligenous effect. 4. All the wines contained radical captors. 5. All the wines had a high or very high photon content. Explanations about parameters 1 - 5 to 1: Dextrogyre - levrogyre - neutral refer to the radiation (oscillations) of the wine. This parameter is identical to the terms Yang-Yin-neutral of traditional Chinese medicine. It has been known for a long time that dextrogyre wines are much more digestible than levrogyre wines. to 2: These quality levels refer to the degree of purity of the oscillation and correspond to an energy quality level, where 10 is the highest level. to 3: Wines can form acids in the human body and they can also have an alkaline or neutral effect. The wines that form acids are less accepted by the metabolism whilst the slightly alkaline ones are the most accepted. The formation of acids caused by the alcoholic beverages is not only the main cause of hangovers, but also of acid caused pain syndroms. to 4: Currently it is known that, for example, vitamin C, vitamin E, flavonoids and selenium are, apart from other substances, radical captors. These are the so-called free radicals that form in the human metabolism under certain circumstances and which, apart from accelerated ageing, can also have a toxic effect. A good wine must not contain free radicals nor favour the formation of these radicals. Rather it should contain a certain amount of natural radical captors. to 5: Photon level is a term used in functional medicine. Photons are small particles of light (signals) that are used by the cells for communication. If all the cells communicate through photons, it can be assumed that there is no malicious development. Dates and grapes, for example, contain a great number of photons due to the solar energy captured, which, in turn, is the most powerful and purest photon carrier. Foods and drinks with a high photon content have an energetically stronger and more regenerating medical effect. |
