By decanting a better oxygenation and therefore a greater unfolding of aromas is achieved from these natural and lively wines.
Due to the high percentage of naturally occurring nutritious substances in the grapes, and because that the wines do not undergo any artificial refrigeration and are naturally clarified and practically unfiltered,any natural sedimentation may appear inside the bottle, consisting of primarily bitartrates. By decanting the wine into a glass bottle, this sediment can easily be removed.
